Cooking Workshop this past Sunday…

As planned, my cooking class met this past Sunday from 3:00-5:00. We were a full house! My participants had a lot of fun learning new recipes, and new tricks. Everyone was invited to participate in the cooking one at a time. It was a lot of fun! We not only learned to cook a great meal, but we also learned to cook a healthy meal that could be fixed in very little time! None of our recipes contained oil or fat, and yet tasted wonderfully! The participants learned to make an Hors d’oeuvres, an appetizer, an entrée with vegetables, and a dessert. All of this in less than 2 hours. All the dishes presented actually took less than 15 minutes to make and between 10 to 30 minutes to cook. Fantastic, right?

Wouldn’t you too want to learn to cook healthy, yet very yummy recipes that will only take 15 to 30 minutes to prepare?
