Cooking Classes For May 2011


Thank you for those of you who came to class this Sunday! We had lots of fun as you can see:-)

Today we cooked Wontons purses as an Hors d’oeuvres,

Salsa souffle as our appetizer,

Teriyaki chicken with parmesan potatoes, and steamed broccoli slaw as our main entree

and finally Molten Chocolate cake as our dessert.

We had a brave gentleman in our audience who was delighted to learn those recipes!

Guys, you too are welcome to come to cooking classes. I am certain your wives would appreciate a home-cook meal especially around Mother’s Day:-)

This gentleman was delighted to learn those recipes. Now he is set because he has a menu ready to celebrate Mother’s Day.
