About Cecile’s Cuisine

Bonjour,

My name is Cecile Wagner. I am French and originally from Paris, France. I have lived in the United States for the past 15 years in a quiet town of the Upstate, SC. I am happily married to my husband Teddy, and the proud mom of two beautiful children Lisa and Theo. My passion is cooking. I am always cooking. In fact when I have a minute, you will find me in my kitchen playing. If I have time, I will challenge myself and make fancy desserts or great recipes by some of my favorite chefs. But really most of the time, you will find me trying to make easy, fast, healthy recipes that i can share with my family. Are you busy like me, and look for easy recipes that are still yummy to eat??? Follow my blog for great recipes and suggestions.

I also cater. So if you are interested in yummy food made from scratch with a French flare and elegance, call me to get a quote for your event. I can cook anything for anyone from small dinner parties to  bigger receptions so please ask for a quote, and I will be happy to find a menu that will satisfy you.

Lately, I have also being offering cooking classes for a fee. The recipes that I offer during my cooking classes are simple, quick, healthy yet succulent recipes. So come on, and join me so that you too can learn those recipes and impress your friends and family;-)

  1. Hey, Cecile. This is Renee Hawkins. My daughter, Heidi Blake and I have bought your famous maccaroons, and loved them. You delivered them to my home in Arcadia, beside the school. I am wondering if you make anything for a boy baby shower? My great-niece’s shower is August 10, 2013 at 3 PM. I am in charge of the cake, and thought of you. I don’t see anything on your website, but thought I would ask. If nothing else, I will order some maccaroons, but, thought I would ask. I will be on your street in the morning, at 150 Shoreham Rd, at the Steenhoek’s. I would love to check-in with you.

    • Renee,
      I would be delighted to do something for that shower. I would have loved to meet with you, but i am currently out of town. Of course we can do some purple or even blue macarons, but there are many other things we can do. If you look at the section dessert on my blog, you will see all the things that i can make. And the list is not exhaustive.

      I make petitfours with a almond flavor, or vanilla, and a raspberry filling. They can be white with a blue bootie on it.
      Look at this link:

      or we can do mini cupcakes, with a cream cheese or a butter cream of a flavor of your choice;

      I look forward to hear from you. I will be back on Thursday so you can talk then. Have a wonderful day!
